Customer Service and Hospitality Awards to be Presented at Governor’s Conference
Nominations for this year’s REACH, Rare and Exceptional Achievements for Customer Service and Hospitality, awards must be submitted by January 15, 2014. The recipients of this year’s awards will be announced during the Governors Conference on Hospitality and Tourism in Cheyenne February 23-25.
The REACH awards are a chance to highlight people and organizations who have done exceptional work in the hospitality and tourism industry. The four nomination categories include Customer Service Employee of the Year; Customer Service Organization of the Year; Industry Partner of the Year; and Destination/Attraction of the Year.
"We would love to see nominations from every county in Wyoming this year,” says Wyoming Office of Tourism Visitor Services Senior Manager Shannon Stanfill.
"The number of applications has nearly doubled each year, indicating both the momentum that the awards have gained and more importantly, the benefits that local communities are seeing by recognizing the people and businesses in their communities that are making a difference in tourism in Wyoming.”

All nominations must include a letter of nomination from the sponsoring individual or organization as well as relevant supporting documents.
