WOT Announces Social Media Program
Use the Wyoming Office of Tourism’s social media platforms to help leverage your own content with the new content contributor program.
The idea is for industry partners to send WOT five of their big content ideas for the month so WOT can have a better idea of what you’re trying to push through your own social media. In return, WOT will send you five trainings, tips, blogs or news pieces that will help assist with industry partner’s social media efforts.
“It’s so hard for us to see what everyone is doing on social media. But if we can have a better idea of what’s important that month we can work together to see the best way to leverage that content together. It’s a win-win for everyone,” says Lesley Rowbal, WOT Marketing Specialist who manages the offices consumer marketing social media sites.
This new program will allow for better representation of the entire state on social media sites.
“We’re always looking for new ways to represent the state and by doing this we can see where content from other organizations or businesses can fit into WOT’s editorial calendar to represent all Wyoming has to offer to our followers.”
